Job summary

Gala Systèmes, a subsidiary of the PACO Group in Saint-Hubert on Montreal's South Shore, is seeking a project manager to lead international lifting-system projects. You will coordinate between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with contracts, budgets, and deadlines.

The role requires strong contract understanding, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to unite diverse teams to deliver complex outcomes. A hybrid work schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or construction engineering or relevant experience.
• Experience in project management with external clients in a construction context is a major asset.
• Strong understanding of contracts, tenders, and technical specifications in engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale international projects, from contract analysis to final delivery.
• Be the point of contact between our teams, clients, architects, engineers, general contractors, and partners, ensuring everyone works towards a common goal.
• Read and interpret contracts, understand the impact of technical decisions, negotiate changes, and stay on track with costs, deadlines, and commitments to the client.
• Bring together the right expertise to transform an ambitious project into a successful outcome.
