Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting sales efforts. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation Management Engineering or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications
