Job summary

BITS Recruiting seeks a Management Systems & Continuous Improvement Leader to drive corporate governance, standardization, and improvement across multiple manufacturing divisions.

The role partners with Quality, CI, EHS, Compliance, and operations to establish governance, align processes, and deliver efficient, auditable systems in a matrix environment without direct reporting authority.

Qualifications

• Experience with management systems governance and standardization.
• Ability to work across a matrix organization and influence without direct reporting.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other ISO management-system standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate-level leadership in development and governance of management systems across divisions.
• Assess existing processes and identify opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Establish governance frameworks, requirements, and standards for divisions to implement.
• Identify common principles and develop standardized approaches across systems.
• Support alignment of Quality, Environmental, Export Compliance, and operating systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support implementation and continuous improvement.
• Streamline requirements to reduce duplication and improve organizational efficiency.
• Guide documentation, structure, and governance of management systems.
