Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive Lean/TPM-based improvements across manufacturing sites. You will design and document centerlines, standards, and standard work to reduce variation and cost while enhancing safety and quality.

Reporting to Global CID, you’ll lead Kaizen events, roll out GPS playbooks, and develop training materials. The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, strong collaboration across shifts, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS degree in process/industrial engineering or related field with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food/high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience in continuous improvement tools and lean/ TPM principles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains updated process flow of critical plant operations.
• Leads Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve line efficiency.
• Creates standard work, training manuals, and SOPs for training and operations.
• Supports GPS rollout and plant-wide productivity initiatives.
