Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Senior Director, Managed Operations to lead a global Managed Services organization delivering exceptional customer outcomes through operational excellence and transformational leadership. This role guides onboarding, payroll operations, tax and compliance, benefits, support, and shared services across regions.

The leader will partner with Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Success to drive AI-enabled transformation, scalability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large service organizations.
• Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries.
• Strong financial acumen with workforce planning and performance management.
• Experience driving AI transformation and automation initiatives.
• Customer-centric leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Strategic thinking, systems thinking, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Managed Services organization across multiple functions to meet contractual commitments, SLA performance, governance, and business continuity for a global workforce.
• Develop and execute the long-term strategy by leading AI transformation, simplifying operations, increasing automation, and improving quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, delivering consultative solutions and proactive service improvements.
• Partner with Product Management, Technology, Sales, Finance, HR, and regional leaders to influence enterprise decisions with data and insights.
• Lead a diverse, high-performing workforce across geographies through coaching, succession planning, and inclusive leadership.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, capacity models, and performance metrics to drive productivity and risk management.
• Champion transformational leadership and continuously simplify complexity while driving enterprise-wide automation.
• Demonstrate measurable progress in transformation within the first 12 months.
