Job summary

Superior Glove Works Ltd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager for its Global Headquarters in Acton, ON.

You will lead a six-person distributed IT team and own the reliability, security and continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure across North and Central American locations. The role reports to the CFO and requires hands-on leadership, planning upgrades, managing vendors and guiding enterprise networks, identity, virtualization, and cybersecurity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure/operations with leadership.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing, warehousing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, networking, VMware and servers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, vendor and project-management skills.
• Passport and driver’s license with ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed IT team and act as the internal technical authority.
• Own security, reliability, performance and lifecycle of networks, cloud, servers, storage and endpoints.
• Plan, prioritize and deliver infrastructure projects and site upgrades; manage vendors and licensing.
• Identify risks, capacity needs and remediation opportunities; advise the CFO.
• Deliver upgrades and site implementations across locations with after-hours support.
