A leading company in the tech industry is seeking a Global Incentive Compensation, Policy Manager to develop and manage incentive compensation plans. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, along with experience in policy and legal matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven track record of project management.
The Global Incentive Compensation, Policy Manager will have global
responsibility for leading the development of and managing incentive
compensation plan documents, terms and conditions, sales incentives
policies, and enablement to accurately support the Global Incentive
Compensation program.
Key Responsibilities:
●Create and maintain Compensation Plan and Incentive Program
policy for a variety of sales & distribution roles globally (Account
Executives, Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Customer
Success, etc.)
●Lead cross-functional incentive compensation initiatives, collaborating
with Plan Design, Compensation Administration, Finance, Legal, Sales
strategy, and Employee Success (HR)
●Resolve questions and issues identified by the sales employees
in relation to their compensation plans
●Create sales training and sales enablement content (Videos,
Presentations, FAQs)
●Represent the team in Change Management, Business Process
Improvement (BPIs), and Advisory Committee
●Collaborate with legal to review contract document updates and
additions
Required Qualifications:
●Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on theValues & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
●5+ years experience in a related field
●Experience working with policy, contracts, and legal
●Strong communication (written and verbal),
organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
●Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, and work both
independently and as a part of a team
●Demonstrated ability to manage projects to on-time completion
●Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up-paced environment
●High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
Preferred Qualifications:
●JD or MBA degree preferred
●4+ years of Legal or Sales Compensation experience
●Experience with Salesforce, Xactly, MS Word, Google slides/doc
