The Global Incentive Compensation, Policy Manager will have global responsibility for leading the development of and managing incentive compensation plan documents, terms and conditions, sales incentives policies, and enablement to support the Global Incentive Compensation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain Compensation Plan and Incentive Program policy for various sales & distribution roles globally (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Customer Success, etc.)
  2. Lead cross-functional incentive compensation initiatives, collaborating with Plan Design, Compensation Administration, Finance, Legal, Sales strategy, and Employee Success (HR)
  3. Resolve questions and issues from sales employees regarding their compensation plans
  4. Create sales training and enablement content (Videos, Presentations, FAQs)
  5. Represent the team in Change Management, Business Process Improvement (BPI), and Advisory Committees
  6. Collaborate with legal to review contract updates and additions

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience; experience evaluated based on Values & Behaviors (e.g., leadership roles, military, volunteer, work experience)
  • 5+ years in a related field
  • Experience with policy, contracts, and legal matters
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently and in teams
  • Proven project management skills for on-time delivery
  • Motivation, flexibility, and creativity in a startup-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JD or MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of Legal or Sales Compensation experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Xactly, MS Word, Google Slides/Docs
