Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and scaling a digital or performance marketing agency.
• 12+ years of experience across operations, growth, or related leadership functions, including executive level.
• Experience managing international client operations across US, LATAM, and Europe.
• Experience within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, social gaming, or closely related environments.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of operational performance, revenue, margins, and client growth across the division.
• Establish the priorities, processes, and operating rhythm needed to keep a growing international business moving efficiently.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Media Buying, SEO, ASO, AI Search, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, Brand & Creative, CRO & Revenue Optimization, Influencer Marketing, and Reputation Management.
• Drive commercial growth, including pipeline development, new business opportunities, pitches, client expansion, and retention.
• Build strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee service delivery across international markets, adapting approaches to local conditions and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and technology to improve campaigning, reporting, and workflows.
