Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent management or HR programs.
• Experience leading enterprise talent initiatives from launch to adoption.
• Experience with skills, career or talent marketplaces.
• Proven ability to run large-scale early talent programs.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Experience with matrixed multi-region organisations is a plus.

Responsibilities
