GlobeStar Systems, a leader in integrated clinical communication, is seeking a Director of Finance to support the CFO across Canada, the USA, and Europe. This role oversees day-to-day accounting and reporting, provides leadership to regional accountants, and ensures financial discipline and accurate consolidation.

The Director will drive month-end close, budgeting, cash flow, and audits while ensuring compliance with US, Canadian, and European tax laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification required.
• 10+ years of financial management with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations across regions.
• Oversee month-end closing across Canada, USA, Europe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Standardize month-end close checklists and reporting templates.
• Provide financial analysis and support for monthly statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
