Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Lead to own the enterprise integration platform (SAP CPI / Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services) and lead a small team of senior developers and architects.

The role balances hands-on architectural work with governance, vendor management, and platform modernization, aiming to retire legacy middleware while delivering scalable, secure, and reliable integration across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and data lakes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise integration experience and architecture leadership.
• Deep hands-on SAP CPI / Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO knowledge.
• Strong Azure Integration Services expertise (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Proven API-led and event-driven integration pattern experience.
• Experience governing multi-vendor SI/AMS delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise integration strategy, multi-year roadmap, and governance.
• Architect and execute platform modernization, retiring legacy middleware.
• Define and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and docs templates.
• Provide architectural oversight across API-led, event-driven, and batch integrations (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, data lakes).
• Lead and mentor a small internal team of senior developers and architects.
