Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to lead end-to-end offboarding for external employees across AMER, EMEA and APAC with a strong emphasis on legal compliance and exceptional client service.

You will guide clients through termination, resignation and transfer procedures, coordinate responses with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements as part of the Lifecycle team in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, research and communicate recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across AMER, EMEA and APAC with a focus on a superior offboarding experience.
• Provide guidance on termination, resignation and transfer procedures ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction conversations and settlements.
