Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking a Canada-based sales professional to consult with leads, convert them to Crimson clients, and nurture ongoing relationships for referrals and upsell opportunities.

You will collaborate with Local Area and Digital Marketing teams to generate leads, conduct sales consultations, manage CRM data, and support onboarding of new clients into Education Coordination. Experience with Salesforce, Canva, PandaDoc and knowledge of US/UK undergrad processes is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Familiarity with US/UK undergraduate admissions processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations and assessments with leads in Canada.
• Promote Crimson products per the sales process.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for referrals and upsell.
• Onboard new clients into the Education Coordination team.
• Enter data accurately in the CRM and support weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to enhance lead generation.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes.
