Qualifications

• Requires leadership of large, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience in electronics, power electronics, or power conversion preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global engineering organization of ~100 engineers and leaders.
• Provide engineering strategy, technical direction, and resource planning across global locations.
• Drive new product development from concept through design, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production.
• Strengthen engineering processes, execution, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor Engineering Directors, Managers, and technical leaders.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
