Zusammenfassung

Cloudbeds is seeking a Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding to lead the onboarding function for our fastest-growing segment. You will guide mid-market customers from contract to go-live and beyond, building scalable frameworks and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will manage a distributed team, own deployment velocity and customer satisfaction, and partner across Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with hands-on onboarding or implementation experience and team leadership.
• Proven track record building or improving onboarding/implementation functions and frameworks.
• Demonstrated people leadership in a distributed, global environment.
• Strong project-management skills for complex multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and multi-property mid-market customers.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution and use data to drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team including PMs and senior coaches.
• Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live, adoption, and handoff to Account Management.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards for complex deployments.
• Establish and own metrics: onboarding velocity, deployment quality, training completion, CSAT/NPS.
• Plan capacity and staffing; forecast demand and manage headcount with leadership.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex deployments and coordinate with Account Management.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services for alignment and scalability.
