Groupe Dynamite Inc. (GDI) is a Montréal-based, public company operating Garage and Dynamite stores across Canada and the United States.

The Director of Maintenance and Facilities leads the maintenance function across all sites, planning, budgeting, compliance, and team development to support growth and international expansion. The role partners with Store Development, Leasing, Finance, and Procurement to set strategies, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards while driving cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field of study flexible.
• Significant experience managing maintenance/facilities operations across multiple sites or locations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of maintenance/facilities processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities projects across all locations from planning through completion.
• Set project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to hit milestones.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance and facilities team.
