Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field flexible.
• Experience managing maintenance/facilities across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of maintenance processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Certifications (PMP, LEED) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities projects across all locations.
• Set timelines, budgets, and resource plans to hit milestones.
• Lead and mentor the Maintenance and Facilities team.
• Manage vendor and supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Partner with Store Development, Leasing, Finance, and Procurement.
