Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Asset Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven leadership in technical consulting, solution delivery, or advisory services.
• Demonstrated experience on major greenfield and brownfield capital projects.
• Expertise across asset management, maintenance readiness, and CMMS/EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Hatch's global Asset Maintenance strategy across regions.
• Lead and mentor global Asset Maintenance teams and develop competency frameworks.
• Develop offerings, methodologies, and implementation frameworks for maintenance excellence.
• Collaborate with Operational Readiness, Commissioning, and Ramp-up to deliver integrated client solutions.
