Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Global Director of Asset Maintenance to define and execute a worldwide strategy ensuring maintenance readiness and asset performance from project delivery to startup. You will drive standards, governance, and offerings while aligning with Operational Readiness, Commissioning, and Ramp-up.

The role requires 20+ years in asset maintenance leadership, strong CMMS/EAM expertise, and a proven ability to lead diverse, international teams to deliver safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years experience in Asset Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership in global asset maintenance consulting or delivery.
• Experience supporting major capital projects (greenfield/brownfield).
• Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems and asset data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Asset Maintenance strategy across regions and markets.
• Develop maintenance standards, methodologies, and tools aligned with ISO 55000 and RAM.
• Integrate Asset Maintenance with Operational Readiness, Commissioning, and Ramp-up.
• Provide governance and expert support to major greenfield and brownfield projects globally.
• Mentor and develop Asset Maintenance professionals and future leaders.
• Engage with clients as Hatch's global representative for Asset Maintenance.
