Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario, seeks a Director of Client Engagement - Training & Development to lead client engagement learning and development across North America.

Based at our Mississauga headquarters, you will work with executives, account managers, project professionals, and pursue teams to strengthen client relationships and improve pursuit readiness. The role emphasizes designing workshops, coaching teams, and delivering strategic client engagement programs while aligning with Hatch

Qualifications

• 15+ years of client engagement and related experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating learning programs for adults.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Hatch-like core industries is a plus.
• Bilingual French and English is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Hatch’s client engagement learning and development programs.
• Identify client engagement skill gaps and deliver targeted interventions.
• Design and facilitate interactive workshops, boot camps, and learning experiences.
• Facilitate account planning workshops and provide guidance on relationship building.
• Support pursuit teams with strategy workshops and readiness reviews.
• Lead delivery of presentation skills training and interview preparation programs.
