Job summary

Teledyne Digital Imaging seeks a seasoned Customer Service Manager on a 14-month contract. The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning and oversees international customer service across MVC Group and Optech, driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing orders, RMAs, new customer setup, and coordinating with sales teams and customers across regions. Strong ERP/SAP experience and intercultural skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of Customer Service or similar team leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred, focused on orders and RMAs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness.
• Ability to operate across multiple business contexts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage an international team of Customer Service Representatives across Canada, Japan and Germany.
• Oversee order acceptance and entry, RMAs, and new customer setup with trade compliance checks.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to internal sales and external customers.
