Perini Management Services, Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Newfoundland team. You will report to the Project Manager and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning and coordination, schedule maintenance, cost control, change management, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management degree or equivalent
• Experience as Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and relocate near project location
• Experience on US Federal Construction Projects (USACE/NAVFAC) preferred

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with architects and engineers through all construction phases.
• Develop project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Review design documents for constructability and distribution to client & subcontractors.
• Maintain the project schedule with monthly updates and progress tracking.
• Process change orders and manage scope changes between client, subcontractors and designers.
• Assist in securing vendors and subcontractors and monitoring costs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and coordinate base access with owner and security officers.
• Document meetings, track actions and decisions; manage submittals and RFIs.
