Responsibilities

• Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business.
• Underwrite and negotiate complex customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.

• Meet with brokers to market Definity products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced underwriters.
