Job summary

Marks, part of Propelis, seeks a VP, Global Commerce to lead the commerce practice and scale its global footprint. You will bridge strategy, creative, and production to drive measurable commerce outcomes across large CPG portfolios, while expanding from North America to global markets.

You will shape the commerce POV for major clients, sit as a peer with client commerce leaders, and build a production and measurement capability that demonstrates impact beyond ship-ment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commerce / eCommerce / digital shelf with depth of operations.
• 6+ years leading teams; proven ability to build or scale a commerce capability.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice leadership and growth; recruit, mentor, and scale the team.
• Own commerce strategy and client advisory for top CPG & Retail clients.
• Oversee digital shelf operations, content production, and measurement spine.
• Build AI-enabled production capabilities and ensure quality, throughput, and margin.
