Job summary

Recrute Action is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support a large-scale global brand program. You will assist the program management team in coordinating activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring timelines and dependencies are understood and managed.

The role emphasizes organizing meetings, capturing decisions, risks, and actions, and maintaining governance materials and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, marketing operations, or an administrative support role.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including developing and maintaining project timelines and workback plans.
• Experience coordinating schedules and meetings.
• Experience capturing meeting minutes, decisions, risks, and action items.
• Experience supporting project deliverables and project timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide global brand initiative.
• Build and maintain project timelines and workback schedules to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress, risks, blockers, and action items; escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture decisions, risks and actions, and distribute meeting recaps.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, governance materials, status reports, and dashboards.
• Support governance and operational excellence by improving processes and ensuring high-quality data.
