Job summary

Aon Canada is seeking a System Analyst to translate client requirements into standard technical templates for the TBS system and coordinate configuration in an agile environment. You will work with Health and Benefits teams, validate test approaches, and support data analysts.

You’ll mentor teammates on proprietary tools, outline business requirements for new features, and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders to mitigate project delays.

Qualifications

• Experience converting client requirements into technical templates and guidance for system configuration.
• Experience in TBS configuration build and related health and benefits platforms.
• Strong understanding of Health and Benefits processes and client-facing consulting experience.

• Convert, update, and maintain client requirements according to project needs.
• Assist configuration with deployment or migration guidance for new system updates.
