Job summary

Aon is seeking a System Analyst to translate client requirements into technical solutions within the Health and Benefits domain. You will convert, update, and maintain requirements, provide deployment guidance, and ensure alignment with project goals in a collaborative, agile environment.

You will mentor teammates on proprietary tools, support configuration and testing, and coordinate with Development and Data Analysts to deliver standard processes and effective solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in TBS configuration build.
• Experience in preparing technical user documentation and implementation of new projects.
• Experience in supporting technical expertise for new solutions and proposing new technical solutions for Health and Benefits.
• Understanding of processes within Health and Benefits department.
• Experience with TBS products: TBS Lite templates, TRS, multi-country platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills to manage conversations and negotiations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Convert, update, and maintain client requirements according to project needs.
• Assist configuration with guidance on deployment or migration of new system updates.
• Clarify requirements and communicate client expectations with internal teams.
• Provide domain expertise on benefit structure and system integration tasks.
• Mentor team members on technical and proprietary tools for configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with development to outline business requirements for new features.
• Communicate status and escalate risks to prevent delays.
• Provide mentorship on filling out website text requirements and needs with clients.
• Support System Analysts and Data Analysts to ensure standard processes are followed.
• Coordinate system configuration and validate test execution approaches for non-standard solutions.
