Job summary

Randstad Canada seeks an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive a global AI-driven, self-healing IT operation. You will own enterprise observability, implement AIOps, and guide MSP vendors to modernize employee support.

You will design deep observability, implement ITOM platforms, and establish rigorous SRE governance across a global footprint, partnering with Platform Engineering to operationalize AI tools and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex IT infrastructure and SRE leadership.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise observability stacks.
• Proven ability to drive AI-driven incident remediation and SLO/SLI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design deep observability, distributed tracing, and metrics using Grafana and AIOps platforms.
• Implement ServiceNow ITOM and AI tools to automate incident remediation and self-healing.
• Define SLA, SLO, SLI, and Error Budget frameworks while leading MSP partners.
