Job summary

Bothwell-Accurate Co. Inc. is seeking a Glazing Project Coordinator to support glazing projects across multiple stages.

You will work with Project Managers and field teams to coordinate execution and documentation while developing toward full project ownership. The role requires strong organization, knowledge of glazing systems, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Bluebeam. You will manage schedules, budgets, shop drawings, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination, contributing to on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of construction experience, with exposure to glazing systems.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution and delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate communication among project teams, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Assist in managing schedules, budgets and progress tracking.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders and project docs.
• Support procurement activities including material tracking, deliveries and vendor coordination.
• Assist with submittals, close-out docs, warranties and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on status, risks and timelines.
• Help identify and resolve project issues, delays or coordination challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies and project specs.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
