Job summary

Bothwell-Accurate Co. Inc. is seeking a Glazing Project Coordinator to support glazing project delivery across multiple stages. You will work with Project Managers and field teams to drive execution and performance while developing toward full project ownership.

Requirements include 3+ years in construction with glazing exposure, relevant degree or diploma, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Bluebeam/MS Office. The role is based in Mississauga with onsite work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction with glazing systems exposure.
• Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office, and estimating software.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and project workflows.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
• Eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support procurement activities including material tracking, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with submittals, close-out documentation, warranties, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and timelines.
• Help identify and resolve project issues, delays, or coordination challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
