Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Project Manager, Glazing to lead commercial and residential glazing projects from preconstruction to close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relations with GCs across curtain wall, storefront, and window wall systems.

The role collaborates with site supervisors and estimators, requires 5–8 years PM experience in glazing, and offers a hybrid work setup with site visits, a company vehicle or mileage

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in glazing or building envelope
• Knowledge of curtain wall, window wall, storefront glazing systems
• Ability to read architectural drawings, glazing specifications, and shop drawings
• Post-secondary education in construction management or related field; PMP designation is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of glazing projects from award through close-out
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules coordinating with site supervisors, suppliers, and GCs
• Control project budgets by tracking costs and reporting variances
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, GCs, and consultants
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and product data sheets
• Manage RFI and change orders with estimating and site teams
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress, quality, and safety
• Prepare and present project status reports highlighting risks and cost exposures
• Support project close-out activities including deficiency resolution and handover

Role Overview

The Project Manager, Glazing leads the full lifecycle of commercial and residential glazing projects across the GTA, from preconstruction planning through to close-out. You will manage project budgets, control costs, build and maintain schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle. This role works closely with site supervisors, estimators, and division leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget across a mixed portfolio of curtain wall, storefront, and window wall systems. At the end of the day, good work here means your clients trust you, your projects close without surprises, and the teams on site have what they need to get the work done. What You Bring to the Table

Technical Skills

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in the glazing, fenestration, or building envelope industry
• Solid working knowledge of glazing systems including curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and residential window programs
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, glazing specifications, and shop drawings
• Proficiency with Procore or a comparable construction project management platform for scheduling, submittals, RFI tracking, and cost management
• Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering technology, or a related field; PMP designation is an asset

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential glazing projects from award through to close-out, including curtain wall, window wall, and storefront systems
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating sequencing with site supervisors, suppliers, and general contractors to keep work on track
• Control project budgets by tracking costs against the approved budget, reviewing purchase orders, and reporting variances to division leadership in a timely manner
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and product data sheets to confirm compliance with project specifications and design intent
• Manage the RFI and change order process, coordinating with estimating and site teams to assess scope impacts and price changes accurately
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules with suppliers to support installation sequencing and avoid site delays
• Conduct regular site visits in collaboration with site supervisors to monitor installation progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Prepare and present project status reports to division leadership, identifying risks, schedule impacts, and cost exposures early
• Support project close-out activities including deficiency resolution, final inspections, and documentation handover to the client
