Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

• ✅ Install, repair, and replace a wide range of glass and glazing products, including windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and specialty glass
• ✅ Precisely measure, cut, and fit glass to exact specifications using industry tools and equipment
• ✅ Safely handle and transport glass, following best practices for safety and quality
• ✅ Apply sealants, weatherproofing, and finishing materials to ensure top-quality installations
• ✅ Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)
• ✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
• ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop, on job sites, and in service vehicles
• ✅ Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required. As well as after hour emergency board up calls.
