Job summary

All-Brite Glass & Tint is hiring an Auto Glass Service Technician to join a tight-knit team serving the Tri-City region and beyond. You’ll install and repair auto glass on cars, trucks, and fleets, in shop or mobile, with emphasis on quality and WOW client experience.

Ideal candidates will have proven auto glass installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and a professional, client-focused demeanor. You’ll work independently within a high-performing team and may access paid apprenticeship

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

• Install and repair auto glass (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices
• Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards
• Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required

What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member

• Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience in a similar trade)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Friendly, professional, and client‑focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment
• Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights
• Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program
