We are seeking a skilled Glass Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing glass in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. Also can do the measurement as well. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Glass Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Install glass in windows, doors, and other structures according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing glass.
• Ensure proper sealing and caulking of glass installations to prevent leaks.
• Restore or repair existing glass installations as needed.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including drywall installers and flooring specialists, to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding installation processes and timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Glass Installer or in a similar role within the construction or renovation industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to glass installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials used in glass installation.
• Familiarity with drywall installation processes is a plus.
• Experience with flooring installation or tile laying is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
