Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, effective, and communicative Senior Manager to coordinate transformation activities between our sites in Longueuil and Bangalore, India. This role involves managing activities, resolving issues, enhancing communication, and ensuring effective change management with a focus on the human side of change, including training and development.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of business activities and their impacts.
  2. Monitoring and communicating strategic objectives.
  3. Collaborating with teams to understand needs.
  4. Building relationships with stakeholders and communities.
  5. Analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
  6. Resolving conflicts proactively.
