Job summary

Bell is seeking a senior project leader to drive active site acquisition opportunities. You will coordinate due diligence, approvals, and cross‑functional activities to move projects from acquisition through development in a hybrid work setting in Vancouver, Canada.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of infrastructure or real estate development experience, exceptional stakeholder management, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with strong communication and reporting skills.

• 7+ years managing complex infrastructure, real estate development, or data centre projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, critical paths, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate due diligence activities across legal, finance, EPC, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Manage action items, approvals, and project documentation.
• Identify schedule risks and proactively resolve execution issues.
• Coordinate consultant deliverables and maintain project reporting.
• Ensure projects transition seamlessly into detailed development and construction.

Summary

Lead the execution of active site acquisition opportunities by coordinating due diligence, approvals, and project activities to ensure projects advance efficiently from acquisition through development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, critical paths, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate due diligence activities across legal, finance, EPC, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Manage action items, approvals, and project documentation.
• Identify schedule risks and proactively resolve execution issues.
• Coordinate consultant deliverables and maintain project reporting.
• Ensure projects transition seamlessly into detailed development and construction.

Critical Qualifications
