Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, QC, is seeking a Project Manager, Customer Programs Product Performance Office (PPO). This on‑site role leads cross‑program IPTs/PMTs to improve reliability, maintainability, availability, and overall product performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, product performance, operations, or related technical roles.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
  • Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and operational performance processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms.

  • Project manage the transformation of product performance digital systems, analytics, and data products from requirements to service entry.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Customer Programs teams to align priorities and deliver business objectives.
  • Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables, budget, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution.

This is a full‑time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil or Mississauga, and performed exclusively on‑site.

What will your day to day look like?
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑program Product Performance Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Product Management Teams (PMTs).
  • Drive product performance standard work, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage cross‑program optimization efforts, process improvements, and KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate annual Product Performance Reviews, goal alignment activities, and system governance.
  • Support reliability, maintainability, and availability capability development and functional health initiatives.
  • Project manage the transformation of product performance digital systems, analytics, and data products throughout the full life cycle from stakeholder requirements definition to E‑Card approval, execution, and service entry.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Customer Programs teams to align priorities and deliver business objectives.
  • Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables, budget, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, product performance, operations, or related technical roles.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
  • Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and operational performance processes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aerospace, aftermarket support, MRO, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, analytics platforms, and data‑driven operations.
  • Understanding of product performance systems, KPI management, and continuous improvement and quality methodologies such as CORE and AS9100 standards.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
  • Agile project management methodologies.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD – 151,500 CAD.
