Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of projects within a defined program delivery model to ensure reliable outcomes.
• Coordinate task assignments, schedules, and handoffs across daily operations.
• Monitor protocol adherence, data quality, and documentation accuracy.
• Prepare status reporting and stakeholder communications to track milestones.
• Identify training needs and deliver enablement to reduce recurring errors.
• Escalate risks and dependencies with corrective actions to protect timelines.
