• Ongoing maintenance of assigned projects.
• Monitor protocol adherence.
• Document in case files (electronic and hard files).
• Database use and information accuracy.
• Phone calls for content accuracy and etiquette.
• Participate in client consultations with manager.
• Identify training needs with manager.
• Participate in hiring/training of new staff.
• Identify needs for modification of program database/protocols.
• Daily client project communications.
• Provide back-up to the manager.
• Client reporting.
