Responsibilities

What your day-to-day looks like as an IT Product Manager (TOS):

• Support users with application issues and provide constructive feedback (Level 2 and 3 support)

• Act as an expert and specialist for multiple operational systems

• Ensure the health of the Navis N4 product and deploy necessary bug fixes

• Coordinate the integration of new functionalities between the Terminal Operating System (TOS – our ERP, currently N4) and other business applications (API, Universal Query, EDI, etc.)

• Document best practices and communicate new features or applications.

Qualifications

To succeed as an IT Product Manager (TOS), you should have:

• Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of Navis N4 (container and operations management tool) – strong asset

• Comfort using Microsoft Power Apps, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, MS Project)

• Assets: experience with Groovy (Java), APIs, and EDI
