PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The management of the assigned projects and/or cases.
- Adherence to the general company processes.
- Telephone support : Implementing call-centre programs including providing support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies. Focus areas include funding and access issues, compliance programs, clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, therapy monitoring, adverse event reporting, and liaison with healthcare providers.
- Participate in market research initiatives with healthcare professionals and patients.
- All patient programs involve casework methods and outbound calls.
- Document activities in specific databases.
- Attend ongoing training and specialized courses as deemed appropriate.
- Provide feedback on protocols, databases, and processes.
- Communicate clearly with managers and colleagues regarding case management during absences.
- Assist in training new team members, including shadowing and call monitoring.
- Report all adverse events to the appropriate departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Broad training in fields like business, sales, marketing, or related vocations, typically obtained through a two-year associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
- Bilingual in French and English required.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
- Familiarity with automated warehouse systems.
- Strong business, financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
