Trudell Medical Limited in St. John's, Newfoundland is building a new Customer Experience team. You will be the friendly voice for orders and inquiries, guiding customers from quote to delivery and ensuring accurate ERP records.

Fluency in German is required to support European markets, and onsite presence five days a week is expected. As a Customer Champion, Order Owner, and Problem Solver, you will coordinate with Technical Support and commercial teams to keep orders moving, resolve invoice

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role handling orders and inquiries.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organization.

Responsabilités

• Own order from quote to invoice with accuracy.
• Convert quotes to sales orders and manage multi-channel orders.
• Provide timely information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex order-to-invoice issues.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
