An amazing new opportunity has started with a well-established and international creative design agency near Croydon, who are looking for a German speaking Project Manager. In this role, you will need outstanding communication skills in both German and English to work on a variety of projects with the company’s clients. The role offers extensive training and progression opportunities, with autonomy and responsibility to manage your own projects within a dynamic team, supported by ongoing training. This position is ideal for someone with strong language skills and a hardworking attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting relevant teams with project management and administrative tasks
2. Maintaining long-standing client relationships and building internal relationships across the company
3. Supporting the Client Services department with proofs, sample shootings, coordinating mailboxes, etc.
4. Liaising with the studio manager, design, and artwork departments

About you:

You should be flexible and professional, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads effectively. An interest in artwork and design is desirable, along with experience in project management.

Profile:

1. Fluency in German and English
2. Solid experience in administration
3. Relevant industry experience is advantageous
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel and managing spreadsheets
5. Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
