Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Ontario is seeking an experienced Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Etobicoke and/or Vaughan. You will lead geotechnical programs across transportation, tunnels, rail, and bridges, mentoring junior staff and acting as a technical reference.

This role requires a P.Eng in Ontario with 8+ years hands-on geotechnical engineering and 12+ years in the field. You will build client relationships, drive project delivery within scopes, budgets and schedules, and

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of holding P.Eng. license and practicing in Ontario.
• 12+ years of strong geotechnical engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead geotechnical projects and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with AtkinsRéalis professionals across transportation, tunnel, rail and bridges projects.
• Participate on multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate on projects of all scales.
• Execute major programs, support complex proposals, and mentor junior staff.
• Develop and expand infrastructure geotechnics capability across sectors.
