Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Field Coordinator for our Geotechnical Practice, based in Thunder Bay or Vaughan with flexibility for Ottawa area candidates. The role requires coordinating field investigations across Ontario, supervising drilling, soil/rock logging, and instrument installations.

Strong communication and CET credential are essential. You will work with Engineers, Geologists, PMs, and HSE personnel to advance digital innovations while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Geology Technology with CET designation.
• 5+ years of related field experience as a CET.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ground investigations across Ontario.
• Perform drilling supervision, soil logging, and rock logging.
• Install and monitor geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring wells.
• Collaborate with teams to advance technology adoption and digital initiatives.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental procedures and improve HSE policies.
