Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies seeks a motivated Technical Support Specialist for our Engineered Solutions team at the Laval branch. You will support customers and internal teams in deploying and sustaining advanced positioning technologies, including GNSS, machine automation, and cloud platforms.

You will train customers, perform demonstrations, and collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize workflows and system deployments across construction, surveying, and engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience in construction, land surveying, or engineering.
• Experience with surveying equipment, positioning technology, or machine control systems.
• Knowledge of Brandt product lines and heavy equipment is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GNSS systems and automation solutions.
• Deliver customer training and product demonstrations to ensure best practices.
• Assist sales with technical evaluations, system setup, and workflow optimization.
• Test and evaluate new products and software updates prior to release.
• Develop and refine application workflows to improve productivity.
• Work in the field to diagnose issues and deploy positioning systems.
• Provide feedback to product management on performance and customer needs.
• Develop training materials and technical documentation.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
