Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Eastern Quebec or Atlantic region is seeking a Geomatics Support Specialist. You will support products, participate in training, product development and testing, and assist the sales team and clients to realize the full potential of positioning systems.

The role involves hands-on work with machine automation, 3D scanning, mobile mapping, GNSS and robotic instrument solutions, plus cloud software. Extensive travel and fluency in English and French are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related experience preferred in construction, land surveying and/or engineering.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Must understand survey field and office software.
• Knowledge of Brandt product lines and heavy equipment is an asset.
• Extensive travel to various locations is required and a valid driver’s abstract is needed.

Brandt is currently seeking a Geomatics Support Specialist for either our Eastern Quebec or Atlantic region.

This position is responsible for product support, training, product development, and testing. Additionally, the Geomatics Support Specialist will assist in developing innovative strategies and applications to assist our sales team and clients realize the full potential of our positioning systems.

The Geomatics Support Specialist will work hands-on with some of the most innovative positioning technology available including machine automation, 3D scanning, mobile mapping, GNSS and robotic instrument solutions along with powerful cloud based software solutions.
