Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise on Apple products and repair processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair Apple hardware and software for customers.
• Support customers with empathy using Apple tools and resources.
• Identify customer needs and present relevant product/service recommendations.
• Collaborate with team leaders to flag recurring repair problems.
• Mentor Genius Bar team members and share knowledge.
• Support leadership in providing timely resolution to escalations.
