Job summary

Genesis Niagara is looking to add a Genesis Valet Driver to join our growing family in St. Catharines, Ontario. The role involves greeting customers, safely transporting them, and maintaining the drive-thru area, with duties including shuttle runs and record-keeping.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 years in a similar role, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible hours are required; employee benefits are offered.

• Keep trip records with passenger names and destinations.
• Inform dispatcher or Service Manager of maintenance needs.
• Stay updated on dealership information to answer guest questions.
• Follow all safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by greeting customers.


• Safely and timely transports customers to and from required destinations.


• Assist customers with entering and exiting in and out of vehicles.


• Organizing and cleaning the drive-thru area.


• Execute a timely shuttle route.


• Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destinations or pick-up points.


• Inform dispatcher or Service Manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.


• Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered.


• Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.


• Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.


• Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.


• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.


• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are required.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.95 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
